Catches that never reached customers

Flight log #1 — Publish confirm ghost. FAIL: hit Publish, the confirm dialog flashed and vanished, page stayed draft. Logged 13:04:01 with a repro and a name. Fixed: confirm now waits for you. PASS: published on first click, every time.

Flight log #2 — style="" reject. FAIL: pasted inline styles got silently eaten, layout looked fine in editor and broken Live. Logged 13:05:44. Fixed: editor now says plainly "theme CSS only." PASS: no surprises between draft and Live.

Flight log #3 — Autofill form chaos. FAIL: browser autofill dumped an email into Name and the form still submitted. Logged 13:04:18. Fixed: real labels, real field types, real validation. PASS: fields survive autofill chaos.

None of these reached a customer. Good work, crew.
